Bus: Nos 52, 23, 70, 295, 316 stop outside Sainsburys; walk over the canal bridge and look for a grey gate in the wall of the cemetery. If you reach the Harrow Road, you've gone too far. No 18 runs along the Harrow Road and stops outside the cemetery.

Underground: Bakerloo Line, Queens Park station 10-12 minute walk West; Kensal Green, 6-8 minute wal; Hammersmith & City Line, Ladbroke Grove, walk north 10 minutes or take a 52 bus.

Train: Silverlink (North London Line) to Kensal Rise, then walk south for 8-10 minutes or take a 52 bus.
